A strength gym in Calvià built to get you better

This is not a chain gym. It's a strength training centre where you walk in with a plan and walk out having done what you came for. I coach competitive powerlifters, MMA and BJJ fighters, recreational athletes and people who simply want to be strong and pain-free. Everyone here trains by the same principle: train with purpose, not just to train.

  • Never crowded. You will always have a free platform and equipment.
  • A plan from day one. Membership includes the app with weekly strength, conditioning, cardio and hypertrophy programmes.
  • A coach on the floor who knows what he's doing. I correct technique, adjust loads and adapt the plan to how you feel that day.
  • Competition and rehab equipment, no filler.

Two ways to train here

Gym access

  • Weekly programmes for muscle building, powerlifting, strength & conditioning and cardio
  • App with every exercise, ready to train
  • Induction session to show you the equipment and your plan
  • Gym news before it goes on social media

Access + coaching

  • Everything in gym access
  • Training individualised to your goal
  • Weekly adjustments based on your progress
  • Training adapted to your context
  • Daily contact on WhatsApp

Personal training

  • One-to-one sessions with me at the gym, with your plan
  • Single session or 10-session pack
  • Very limited spots

How we train at Patrón

  1. Induction session. I show you the equipment, we assess your level and goal, and you leave with your plan in the app.
  2. Train with a plan. Every week you know what's next: strength, conditioning, cardio or hypertrophy. You log your sessions in the app and I can see them.
  3. Adjustments as you go. With individual coaching I review your logs every week and adapt loads, volume and exercises to how you're doing.
  4. Measurable progress. Lifts, estimated 1RM trends and session streaks. Progress you can see.

Who's behind it

Jose · Patrón Strength

Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science and MSc in Strength Training from the University of Murcia. I have competed in powerlifting with the AEP since 2018 in the -93 kg class. I started in boxing, kickboxing and grappling, and a lower-back injury led me to powerlifting: that's why I know what it's like to train hard and what it's like to train in pain. More than four years as a powerlifting coach and strength & conditioning coach, online and in person in Calvià.
