My name is José Manuel. I'm originally from Granada, but I'm currently living in Mallorca. I have a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and a Master's in Strength Training from the University of Murcia, along with other certifications related to strength and powerlifting.
I'm an online powerlifting coach and I work with all kinds of athletes—competitors, recreational lifters, men, women, teenagers, and older adults. I've been competing in powerlifting since 2018 and I currently compete in the -93 kg category.

Everything You Need to Know About Online Coaching
Each week, you receive your customized online training plan tailored to your goals, level, and schedule. I upload it to Google Sheets so you can track your metrics (volume, reps, RIR, velocity). We stay in daily contact via WhatsApp: I answer questions, give technique feedback through video, and adjust your program in real time.
Your plan includes mobility/warm-up sessions and a strength program tailored to your experience and sport. Each training session lists all the exercises you need to do, along with sets, reps, and the intensity required to make progress. You’ll also have access to video tutorials for any exercises you’re unfamiliar with.
Daily communication via WhatsApp is also included.
We review your Google Sheets log together and analyze videos of your training sessions. I send you feedback via WhatsApp with technical corrections and load adjustments. This way, you progress with confidence and avoid plateaus or injuries.
Yes. I design your program to improve maximum strength and explosiveness without neglecting endurance or the technical demands of your discipline (MMA, boxing, BJJ, judo). I balance strength sessions, aerobic work, and mobility protocols to optimize your performance in the ring or octagon.
All you need is access to a gym or basic strength equipment (barbell, dumbbells, bench, and power rack). Your experience level doesn’t matter—whether you’re just starting strength training or have years of experience, I’ll tailor the program to your goals and background. I’ll help you set up your training space and offer exercise alternatives based on the equipment you have available.
We conduct regular assessments of maximum strength (1RM), power, and sport-specific endurance. Key metrics—total volume, effective reps, and bar speed—are analyzed to adjust your plan and ensure consistent progress.
If you're a powerlifter, progress is reflected in increasing your squat, bench press, and deadlift numbers. If you're a fighter, it shows in more powerful strikes and greater impact resilience.
